Salary - PO3 pro-rated ( £23,712) per annum

3 days/21 hours per week

Term time plus Inset days/Twilights & 1 week during out of term time

Required for May / June 2026

We are looking for an experienced individual who can lead the aspirations, destinations, enrichment & enterprise across the school. You will be confident with teenagers and experienced in dealing with careers and aspirations for secondary students as well as destinations for students going on to post 16.

We will support and develop you to become an outstanding member of staff. We are an aspirational, reflective and creative learning community where all adults are learners who take risks in order to achieve excellent results for our students.
